Daniel Kilper, PhD, co-founder and CTO, is an internationally recognized expert in intelligent and programmable fiber optic networks. At Bell Labs his research and customer knowledge enabled the first continental scale deployment of a ROADM network. At the University of Arizona his research team is pioneering a new generation of ROADM optical systems for smart cities and the Internet of Things (IoT).
